Smokehouse

THE SMOKEHOUSE

THIS IS NO ORDINARY BARREL-SHAPED SMOKER

Inside the smokehouse are three hardwood-fired smokers that each can hold more than 2,000 pounds of hand-rubbed meat. Pit-master Roberto Alvarez will load them with slabs brisket, pork, ribs, jumbo chicken, turkey, salmon and more, including jalapeno-cheddar sausages from Hazel Green, Kentucky.
